Local History Alive: World War II Submarine Building – Tonight, 6:00 PM

A look at how a small Wisconsin town came to build some of the best built fighting boats for the US Navy. From the unique techniques used to build the submarines to the people who built them and the impact the program had on the community. The Local History Alive series connects local residents with their own history through lively and informative presentations. These programs will be hosted in the Lester Public Library’s Community Room. No registration is required.
